Already second time in 2 years! Best place to stay in Pila for ski and for kids. You reach the slopes directly from the back door of the hotel. Good food and the baby club makes your holiday perfect!

The main attraction is the location, right on the slopes. There’s ski hire and lockers at the hotel and you can ski from and too the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel, very popular with families because of its well priced ski package for children. Meal times May seem chaotic till you get used to it but there’s a very good selection of food.

Prima esperienza di settimana bianca in famiglia. Da ripetere sicuramente! La posizione della struttura direttamente sulle piste, il servizio per i bambini e la ristorazione sono stati oltre le aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati molto bene, ottima ristorazione (suggerirei di sostituire il pranzo con un branch + leggero), organizzazione cortesia e disponibilita' al top. Assistenza bimbi per le famiglie perfettamente funzionante. Se si opta per pacchetto sci che comprende 4h al giorno con istruttori di sci per un totale di 20 h e possibilita' per i bimbi di pranzare e cenare con animatori in pratica rischi di dimenticarteli. Segnalo inoltre servizio noleggio bravi e sky room tutti dotati di armadietti riscaldati. Negativamente parlando segnalo stanza piccola per 4 persone, moquette a terra nelle camere e nelle parti comuni da eliminare, piscina e sauna assolutamente da rivedere ormai fuori luogo. Animazione ok, ma proverei a separare meglio teatro e bar acusticamente per permettere a chi vuole di godersi una serata alternativa in completo relax.

Se lo guardate da fuori vi prende un colpo, è la classica struttura di cemento costruita negli anni del boom (anni 70), ma all'interno è totalmente ristrutturato. Le camere sono accoglienti e, soprattutto, pulite e funzionali. Il personale è tutto molto gentile e disponibile: dalla reception, ai camerieri di bar/ristorante, agli addetti alle pulizie. L'hotel si trova direttamente sulle piste da sci, la ski room è tutta nuova e con armadietti riscaldati. Si può noleggiare l'attrezzatura direttamente all'interno del'hotel, e si possono anche prenotare lezioni di sci/snowboard con una scuola convenzionata. Ovviamente si parla di un cosiddetto "Family Hotel", quindi non vi aspettate di fare baldoria fino a notte fonda! Il servizio dedicato ai più piccole è perfetto e collaudato: avrete la possibilità di lasciare i vostri figli in ottime mani e potrete sciare tutto il giorno senza avere sensi di colpa per averli "abbandonati", perché i bambini saranno trattati come principi. Il prezzo è in linea con molte altre strutture. Per me è promosso a pieni voti!

Ottimo hotel-villaggio. Direttore e personale super gentili e disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. Ristorazione eccellente, tutto pulito e ordinato . Camerieri attenti e gentile e il maitre Sebastiano non plus ultra di simpatia e professionalità. Per la prima nostra esperienza siamo contentissimi.
